What to do, if I don't get an answer on my booking enquiry?

Please check first, if the owner actually received your booking enquiry. If you received a confirmation via email from EveryStay, you can actually be sure, that the owner received your enquiry. If you come to the conclusion, that your enquiry didn't reach its destination, please resend it or contact us via support@everystay.com.

In general, you should give the owner 3 days to reply. It is mainly private landlords, who are advertising on EveryStay, so in some cases, there can be delays that exceed 3 days.

If you didn't receive any reply after 3 days, please inform us, so we can help you to get in touch with the owner.
