You're able to cancel your subscription extension at any time during the contract period but 4 weeks before the subscription renewal is due. In order to stop the renewal of your subscription, please go to your account, click on your name on the top-right corner and select Billing. You'll see an overview of your payment plan and the option on the left to cancel your subscription.
Please note that your listings will be live until the end of the subscription period and you'll be still able to receive booking enquiries. If you wish to go offline, please don't forget to deactivate your property listings.
